I would like to apologise for the delay in refreshing our web-site, we have had a few technical problems and illness that has put our project back.

With the new look we will be updating the information we pick up on right away. We will also develop the pages with further articles, booklets and point you in the direction of other web-sites so that you can keep yourself and your family up to date with what is going on.

Inside Out Stoma Support Group was set up in November 1999 and a few years later was incorporated with St Marks Hospital Foundation, Charity Registration 1088119. To provide continuing support, reassurance and practicle information to anyone who may be about to have or who has already had one of the above stomas. We also provide support to their families and carers before, during and after surgery. We hold coffee mornings every two weeks, (see dates & details on the next page), its a place where you can let your hair down and talk to others who are going or gone through simular problems and learn how to resolve them. All ostomists are welcome as is their partners, family members and careres.
